REAL REASON FOR BUFFERING
In nearly all support requests due to buffering, the problem is nearly always USER BASED. Yes You... It's your setup!
1) Sometimes you may experience buffering due to low internet speed or high internet traffic.
Cause:
The most common cause of buffering is the result of slow internet connection. This may be because of low internet speed or other users hogging the bandwidth in your house.
Do you have lots of users in your home? Disconnect them all and try again The second reason is you could be being throttled.
Resolution:
Do maintenance unplug for a full 10 min modem and all devices
Clear cache regularly.
Directly connect to your router using an ethernet cable or to a powerline adaptor.
If not possible, try moving the box closer to the router.
Change your WI-FI channel. To avoid interference with nearby devices.
If you experience buffering press “pause” for 10-15 seconds and resume, most of the time that will eliminate the need to buffer.
2) Your line comes into your home and to a router.
Did you setup Googles DNS (8.8.8.8) and IPTV is slower?
Revert back to your ISP DNS and see if that improves the situation (We found NOT using Google DNS is quicker)
3) WiFi or Ethernet - Try using Ethernet for Best Results.
4) If you have a Smart TV and watching IPTV through that or a firestick, then your simply doing it wrong!
Invest in a better device like a formuler or shield .
5)
When using our app, try changing the player to VLC player may help some
6) Delete ALL the MALWARE on your devices. When you hunt for cheap/free software, you nearly always install MALWARE...
That is the price of being cheap! -- Malware uses your bandwidth.
Make sure your devices are clean.
7) Who else is using Bandwidth in the home?
Kids, GF, Mom, sibling maybe watching Youtube or other.... check it
8) Change your WiFi password and see if there is a change.. if there is, then you know your neighbors have hacked into your WiFi and using your Bandwidth (Consider hiding the SSID after you change it)
Remember this if everything is buffering it's on your end if it's just a certain thing report it and an admin will check.
We suggest using a VPN like Ipvanish to help with buffering issues.
There's many VPN to choose from we suggest when streaming for best success using a Vpn.
